Voucher Terms & Conditions

On acceptance of carriage passengers are deemed to have read the and be aware of Flight Training Ltd Terms and Conditions.
Safety considerations are of prime concerned, the pilot will brief the passengers before and during the flight passengers will abide by instruction given by the pilot and or the ground staff involved in the flight.
At least 7 days notice will be required to change a flight booking.
In the event that we cancel the flight we will undertake to reschedule the flight at a alternative and convenient date.
Flight Training Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or expense howsoever caused.
The booking time will be the time the passenger should arrive at the premises of flight training the flight will take place after the briefing has been completed.
Animals may not be brought onto the airport.
No more than 2 non flying companions may be in a attendance.
Any companion should be over the age of 12 and able to be left unattended during the flight period.
Passengers should be 12 years or over or at the pilots discretion.
The passenger is required to telephone Flight Training Ltd office on the day of the flight to ensure weather and operational considerations have been discussed for the flight to take place.
All weather forecasts given by Flight Training Ltd is entirely provisional and may be subsequently changed.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
The purchaser will be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase provided the voucher be return and the request will be put in writing.
Gift vouchers are valid for six months a further six months extension may be added on payment of addition 50% of the original purchase price.
Our flight lessons are unsuitable for very young children to attend.

We cannot insure or instruct individuals or parties with babies and toddlers present. We regret that we cannot allow groups of non-participating spectators or bystanders to interfere with or distract our operations.
